Morning Prayer 2022 Day 74
Mindful God,
You keep your promises. Like the Hebrews in the time of Moses, we are often impatient and unaware of what you are doing in our lives with each new day.
Make us aware. May your promise of love be the truth that strengthens us when the world spouts hate.
Make us aware. May your promise of forgiveness be the cup we draw from when we feel guilt and shame.
Slow us down. May we recognize your presence in our lives with each breath we take.
Slow us down. May we respond in gratitude for your promise of forever.
