Morning Prayer 2022 Day 50
Holy God,
“Be still before the Lord, and wait patiently for him.”
Being still is so hard. As I rise this day, slow me down.
Slow my breathing.
Inhale - slow me down.
Exhale - that I may hear.
I know that you are present. I know that you are here.
Breathe into me the ability to hear your voice.
Calm my heart for a day filled with grace and love.
Grace to receive and grace to share.
Inhale - slow me down.
Exhale - that I may hear.
Amen
