Morning Prayer Day 3
God of Light,
I arise this day with the intention to shine.
You shine Lord.
You shine brightly in the dark places.
You draw me to you - to your light.
You draw the world to your light.
Whether this day brings darkness or light, may I lift my eyes to you and know that you are present with me through each moment, conversation, and task.
Shine brightly through me that others in my life might also know that your light shines in and for them also. There is no place where your light can’t reach.
In the name of your Son, the Light Bringer, I pray.
